Tonic! The palette of the new season

If you have not had the chance to visit our site let me catch you up!
Unlike many other florist, our wedding site is our full portfolio created by none other than head designer Melissa Mulder.
From your first call right through to floral completion Melissa is with you every step of the way. Our site is broken on to 4 categories based on emotions or states of mind. The mellow cool Tonic reflects the fashion forward bride running with the most current eggplant, aqua, purple and blue colour scheme. This palette paired with fresh green is super cool and sexy.
June of 2009 we had the pleasure of working with Bellefleur Events on Bree and Nicks wedding.
The whole event took place at Burlington's LaSalle Park Pavillion. The talented "Capturing the light" photographed every minute of the day and share some of those photos with us.
We LOVE THEM!

Here is a taste of what we have to offer. Photos from Bree and Nick wedding taken by "capturing the light"

Welcome to 2010 !

2010 here we come!
Well to tell the truth, long before 2010 we were already in it. Planning wedding florals a year or more in advance is quite normal for our company! We have some lovely clients this year with venues all over the GTA.
Last weekend we exhibited at the Halton Bridal show, it was a blast. It is great to catch up with old friends and vendors.
It is also fun to see the new idea's and technology that has crept its way into the wedding industry!
This past week we have had a flood of emails which has turned in to meetings and quotes. Fall weddings and 2011 brides are thinking about their florals and we are excited they are choosing us!
A really hot palette is the purple and green which looks great against the blues, aquas, eggplants and deep greens of 2010/2011. Green has been a staple for the last 5 years but the contrast of purple is freshening it up.!
Our picture of "the Bridal show feature bouquet" shown above is a great example if this palette.  You can find more at our website http://www.mulderweddingflorals.ca if you have not had a chance to visit please stop in!

See you soon,
Melissa
